All contracts are for a MINIMUM PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS and are automatically renewed on the 1st day of the next 3-month period unless the agreement is terminated by either the client or Esocial Marketing. The client MUST give a 2-week notice of termination during the last month of the contract period. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to begin ANY Social Media Management service. This deposit is only refundable if the project is terminated before it begins. The client will pay the balance two (2) weeks after the project’s start date. The deposit is only required for the first month. The client will be billed the full amount of the monthly package within the first week of the following contracted months. If the client wishes to terminate the project, a refund will NOT be issued due to the work that has already been done.

The client is responsible for completing any questionnaires and forms provided before any project can begin or continue. The client is also responsible for submitting files and information that is relevant, up-to-date, high quality, and accurate; these MUST be provided promptly to prevent delays. The client MUST submit any deposits or payments on time for any project to begin or continue. The client should have a general idea of: i. Goals to be achieved by working with Esocial Marketing. ii. How the project should be executed. The client is responsible for providing feedback on drafts and strategies promptly so that projects are not delayed and can be accurately completed. The client MUST allow sufficient time for Esocial Marketing to complete projects. For rush orders, please advise before the start date of the project. The client MUST proofread and approve all projects before anything is finalized. If the client wants to request additional revisions, fees apply. The client MUST be proactive during the draft and revision process as this factor can contribute to the project’s turnaround time. If the client does not provide the needed information in its entirety, the project will be at risk of termination and the client will be refunded any deposits that have been made. The client will be contacted first before this conclusion is made.

Consultations can ONLY be booked via Esocial Marketing’s website (www.esocialmarketing.co) or email and will be held on Zoom or a preferred alternative. Full payment is required after consultation is scheduled. The consultation will be canceled if payment is not received before the scheduled call. Clients MUST complete the consultation form (sent via email upon booking) before the scheduled consultation call. If the form is not completed before the call, the consultation will be rescheduled. If the consultation call lasts more than 1 hour, fees will apply.
